Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
